Treatments for Anxiety

I have been providing therapeutic services to multicultural adolescents, adults, and families for approximately fifteen years. I have worked across a wide variety of locations including private practice, schools, hospitals, community clinics, residential and rehabilitation centers. I have earned my Masters in Social Work and my Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD). I am licensed in the state of California (LCS26028) and Michigan (LMSW6801081335), as a licensed clinical social worker. My approach to therapy is an integrative one, weaving together evidenced based theory and research, with a focus on human connection. I incorporate elements from multiple perspectives which will help us develop a deep understanding of your experiences, allow for emotional expression, and address problematic thinking and behaviors.
