We see our patients as students mastering the art of managing anxiety symptoms that interfere with their daily functioning.

In order to decrease anxiety, it’s important to learn how errors in our thinking trigger emotional imbalances.

Our unique anxiety treatment allows you to identify negative thinking patterns, and adjust them to reflect the reality of your circumstance more accurately.

Anxiety treatment at Renewed Freedom Treatment Center is direct, brief, and focuses on the here-and-now. Full treatment usually spans no more than 4-6 months.

As in any teacher-student relationship, our role is to educate and guide the student, while the individual’s role is to learn and actually do the work that is assigned.
